I think Natalia Reyes’s character Dani Ramos in Terminator is John Connor’s daughter and in the future she becomes the leader of the resistance against the new Skynet which is why Gabriel’s character is sent back to kill her, John Connor is dead and her true identity was kept secret by Sarah. She was adopted into Diego Luna’s character’s family, I think Mackenzie Davis’s character will be the Kyle Reese of this film and will team with Sarah and Arnold’s terminator.

I don’t see how that could be the case. Dani, based on the description, is alive in present day. Since she’s an adult woman, roughly the same age as John, she couldn’t be his daughter.

What seems more likely is Mackenzie Davis is playing John’s daughter, and she goes back in time for whatever reason. We don’t know all that yet. IDK the importance of Natalia’s character either. But I don’t think she’s related to anyone.

Also Diego Luna is not in this movie. I assume you’re referring to Diego Boneta.

Gina Torres or Aisha Tyler for Barda

They got the right height, and Gina Torres is a good actress. I never seen Tyler do any drama but she’s funny.

But if we’re honest, I would be shocked if they hire someone over the age of 40 like Torres and Tyler. Gwendoline is cutting it close. In fact, if the film is three years away both Torres and Tyler will be in their fifties. Hollywood does have a history of ageism. 

We’ll see. I would be fine with either.

Here's hoping Wan will get mostly Hawaiian and Black peoples for their Atlantean's along with some white people but maybe they're from Xebel.

Australia works for me. It’s so gorgeous there. James Wan is from Australia so I get why he would want to film there. It makes a lot of sense. The Flash will reportedly film in London. We’ll have to wait for confirmation, but that will also be filming soon.

We’re gonna be getting casting news about both of these movies in the next few months. It’s so wonderful. And both of the directors aren’t white guys? What a beautiful thing.
