I'm seeing people upset that mavity didn't get a payoff, and I'm like ???

I know we're all mad at RTD right now, but I did find the mavity thing funny. It's a running joke, it's subtle, and it establishes that timelines can change in small ways all the time and that the Doctor has some amount of awareness of it that others do not. That was the payoff.
