Have you read The Sky Weighs Heavy Tonight (Hermitcraft)?
I have read it
I haven't read it, but I plan to now
I haven't read it, but I'm in the fandom
I haven't read it, but I'm not in the fandom
Summary:
Hermit World Airlines, a fixture of air travel since the early days of the twentieth century, has been cruising the skies in style for decades. But recent corporate budget cuts have caused standards to slip, and in the world of aviation, that's a recipe for disaster... Meanwhile, it's just another day at the office for Keralis and Zedaph- and when that office is at 35,000 feet, they've got the best view in the whole wide world. Today's routine jaunt is a little hop across the pond, and from there, they'll both be heading home. With a storm of corporate incompetence at their backs, Flight 1515 takes off into turbulent skies... Or: The Pilot AU you didn't know you wanted!

Anyway I just wanted to say a huge thanks to mod Curtana for running the message board. We’re so grateful and you really do make the event so much better. Thank you!
awww a big thank you to YOU for hosting the event itself!! i am just one cog in the machine!
@mcytblrholidayexchange gift for @mawofthemagnetar hii I love cribbage
It's finally here!!!! It's finally finished!!! The Sky Weighs Heavy Tonight is a phenomenal hermitcraft fanfiction by @mawofthemagnetar that everyone should check out here
I printed it out as a book and designed a cover for it because this story lives incredibly rent free in my mind and I wanted to hold on to it forever
Sometimes however mistakes are made, and as seen below I accidentally ordered it in A4 instead of A5 first, so now I have a normal book sized version and a textbook sized version. For fun I suppose
So I was @mawofthemagnetar 's secret exchange for the MCYTBLR Holiday Exchange! This was an event run by the lovely mods over at @mcytblrholidayexchange
I tried my best to incorporate abomination!Keralis with keeping the Christmas joy and not going too gory. I hope I got your vision right!
This was so much fun to participate and thank you again to the mods for running this amazing event! Happy holidays to you all! :D
"It was…an eruption. Giant wings, seven pairs in total, ripped out of his back, all jet-black and speckled with pulsing yellow pustules, each one connected by rivers of glowing yellow veins. Impulse’s body grew, fabric ripping as his dwarf costume fell away, revealing black scales and black muscle and black veins, studded and speckled with countless pustules that swirled with illness and filth. His jaw broke, extending, thousands of hypodermic teeth erupting from the top and bottom, as a dinosaurian tail burst out, full of hundreds of pustules and spines. Seven pairs of arms tore out of his torso, and seven horns in a twisted crown ripped out of his head."
-Thermonuclear Sunrise, Ch 2
I have been aching to draw a big monster boi, and since this quarter is finally complete I had the time to do so!
Not nearly enough pustules/teeth/spines, or arms/wings for that matter, but I was having a hard time convincing myself to mess with the layout once I got to this point.
I also don't know why he's rather crocodilian.
This design and the initial quote are both from @mawofthemagnetar, the ever lovely Eldritch Horror Keralis series. It feels like we're hitting the ending here soon, and I can't wait.
