Bangel and Lomax visual parallels:
And then Angel and Buffy using Angel giving Buffy the amulet as an excuse to hold hands:
And Logan giving Max intercoms as an excuse for them to hold hands:
Max and Logan both standing atop buildings away from his own. Max doing so in season one about to break into his place, and then Logan in season two when his apartment is being destroyed:(
I just... I’ve always loved this scene, because Logan just comes up with the most ridiculous lie ever to tell her and it’s funny. Logan, my guy, you’re supposed to be a genius. You couldn’t have come up with something better. And Max so nearly calls him out on it, too. She probably would have, if she hadn’t been starting to go into heat.
All the Lomax almost kisses:

This has to be one of my favorite Max and Logan interactions. And what I mean about oddly enjoying even their fight scenes. Because their fights are usually about important things, where I can see both sides of the argument (and they usually make up and compromise by the end of the episode). And their fights are so witty, too! (And sometimes with chemistry, even.) Someone once described them as verbally sparring, and I agree.
And I love how Max just angrily/happily munches the doughnut after this. Like, "You bet I'm going to have fun on what was supposed to be our vacation, and I'm starting now!"
