Light Issues, or How Kyra Became a Mother of Four

So, last night we had hotel issues, and actually ended up getting upgraded to a bedroom suite. Two of my friends slept in the living room area and the other three of us slept in the bedroom.

So, as we were settling in for bed, the two in the other room tried to convince each other to get up and turn off the light. Which ended in the two of the calling out "MOM! TURN OFF THE LIGHT!/'

At that, I got up and said, "Fine! I'll turn off the light."

"Wait, since when do I respond to 'Mom'?"
