i almost got a silvi timberwolf (i think thats her name?) today but the paint on her nose was all fucked up and smeared all over the front of the inside of the box

awww poor silvi....sadly a lot of silvis have that problem, mattel’s QC has dropped even lower than it was before. its annoying bc silvi’s such a cute doll

Which has the better protagonist: mmm...iris vs arkayna...well, iris is more fleshed out, but arkayna entertains me more. shes angrier

Which has the better villain: gramorr vs dreadbane/necrafa? well necrafa > gramorr BUT mephisto and praxina > everybody

Which has the better plot: i love the plot of lolirock but its not exactly unique. mysticons has me on my toes

Which has better cinematography: lolirock, no doubt no doubt

Which one is more fun: hmhmhmmmm. its like comparing auriana to piper, yknow? theyre both fun. lolirock has a lot more episodes so im not sure yet

Which one makes me think the most: like i said, mysticons keeps me on my toes

Which do I watch when I want to relax: lolirock is a very relaxing show for me

Which do I watch when I want it to consume me: i dont wanna be consumed. i love mysticons but it still hasnt gotten popular so i dont wanna be alone

Which is my favorite: ffuuck uhhh. mysticons still has an opportunity to disappoint me but if kitty/zarya becomes canon then We Know The Answer

what r ur most and least favourite cartoon art styles

ugh okay well there are maybe a handful of cartoon styles that i am an ENORMOUS sucker for and the biggest is probably “off-the-cuff surrealist cartoony” a la rodney greenblat or jorge guiterrez or…. fuck, right now kapow

but i’m ALSO A HUGE FAN of “slick, design-heavy, made-in-flash” type shit like randy cunningham or motorcity even though i haven’t…. actually seen motorcity. i REALLY love “economic” art styles and cheap, program-reliant shows like home movies or aqua teen hunger force really warm my heart.

i’d like to find a place for myself, personally, that lies somewhere between homestar runner and steven universe/gravity falls.

also, while i still have your attention, matt chapman is very very good at climbing trees. he literally once ran across the street and into a tree to get a stray frisbee and i REALLY TRY not do to the whole name-dropping thing but if you’re a fan of his i think you should know that happened

Which has the better protagonist: rex, absolutely, by FAR. both of them are bad at spanish tho, which is fun

Which has the better villain: mmmmmmm strickler isnt the main villain and i didnt care about gunmar that much so VAN KLEISS

Which has the better plot: >___>;; [sweats cuz i prefer genrex] but trollhunters is better written, all things considered

Which has better cinematography: hmhmhmhmhmm. they have radically different cinematography. i think genrex is prettier

Which one is more fun: theyre both fun but genrex is more fun

Which do I watch when I want to relax: hmmm trollhunters

tbh my weird personal preference with dolls is that i don't like dolls that don't have elbows. arms you can't bend just frustrate me idk why

oh yeah articulation is DEF important to me, i’ll make exceptions sometimes if it’s one whose design i just adore but yeah i def wanna be able to pose them

i think that’s another reason i’m nowhere near as into barbie as i am mh, because even tho mh is moving towards dolls w/ less articulation, they used to all be posable. and barbie has mostly always had minimal articulation w/ the majority of their dolls
