yknow what maxbot went off with the portal revenge scheme; I'd also be pissed if i was uprooted from my stable cleaning job (unpaid, but that's... normal for a robot, at least) by my colleagues who think I'm too simple to understand I'm being retrofitted to be beat up because they feel like it, and then left to gather dust (and not even for the original cleaning purpose- getting dusty! a cleaning bot getting dusty! unthinkable horror on the cleaning robot's part)

it was probably fun for the first couple times. wiping the floor with 'em. and then very much not fun anymore.

like, super fuck them, go pick on someone your own size. and shape. and ability. without roping in innocent cleaning robots just trying to pick up after your messes already. hey, they're even still doing their new job- challenging the agents, and more effectively than before, even, by creating a circumstance where opponents are as capable of teamwork and evolution as they are.

is it possible to just take adhd meds when u need to? my doctor gave me 30 vyvanse and was like "do this for a month" which sounds an awful lot like "if this works, do it for the rest of your life" and i dont particularly want to be dependent on a drug forever?i also dont want to get addicted or need it to have any dopamine. he also literally told me i could just take it when i need to in college, but then prescribed like this? help

Well, you won’t get addicted to adhd meds.. the dosage are formulated to prevent that. 

I would honestly take meds as directed by your doctor.

From personal experience too.. I used to take it as I needed it, like when I was doing intensive work but just recently I realized I was doing myself a disservice. Even day to day stuff is much easier on meds.

Functionality wise, I am atleast 50% more efficient and functional when on meds in all regards. I can cook easier, I socialize better, it cut away anxiety etc etc.

hey, is there a list of items the thb have? like that gauntlet, the shield, the extreme teen bible, etc, but like a full list? i really want to know what they canonically have, but if this blog is shut down or thats too tall of a request thats fine!

Well, I mean the blog’s not shutting down or anything, it’s just that there’s only one person running the blog and that one person’s not currently either in the best mood to fully blast through the many questions they have, nor are they sure who to bring in to help with answering everything. Everything here’s just in a state or hiatus until further notice.

Also between drafts and asks, I’ve got like 301+ questions to go through and answer.

That said, I can recommend The Adventure Zone Wiki as a fan-made resource of information for whatever it is you need, including lists on what each character has. 

I also use @tazscripts‘ Google Docs Transcripts for information and quoting, as shown by all the direct quoting I use. 

You didn’t ask for that one. That one’s a freebie on me. 

Anyhow, I do recommend using those sites for any information you may need. The original concept for this blog, which I do plan to return to once the mood kicks in, was to help fill in the gaps on information that may have slipped by after a cursory listen to of The Adventure Balance.

This blog was created near the end of Balance after noticing a lot of confusion towards events happening. I’d say which events, but it’s been a real hot and spicy minute, so I honestly couldn’t tell you, since I forgot.

Anyways, if you want the specific list of items THB have or have had, visit Magnus, Merle, and Taako’s pages, as the wiki helpfully lists them. There are links posted on each character’s name that head straight towards said lists.
