This was going to be the first time since they met that Braxton was coming over to her apartment. Maxie was a little surprised that it took her this long to even get him over here, considering for her it was fairly easy to get guys over, but it was clear that Braxton was different. Her soon to be one year old daughter, Georgie, was sitting on the floor across from her, the two of them playing a game of peek-a-boo as she waited for Braxton to show up. When there was a knock on the door she picked Georgie up and answered the door, smiling wide when she saw Braxton standing there, "I was starting to think you weren't coming."
