So I saw a headcanon that Justin Russo is trans (ftm) and now I can’t get it out of my head. He has been called a girl multiple times in the show. Once when Zeke does a rhyming cheer about Justin on the bench that ends with calling him a girl (Positive Alex 3x10) and a second time when he gets called Justine, a Russo sister (Captain Jim Bob Sherwood 3x22). He also gets called an old lady at the beach (Misfortune at the Beach 4x17). I think it would be hilarious if he got called a girl in the new show too.
Another headcanon that Max is also trans, but the other way (mtf), mainly because of Maxine. A part of me is still shocked that they let a “girl” crush on another girl for a whole episode, even if she was put under a mutant spell to make her look like a girl in the first place even though she’s actually a he. I could see Max be female male presenting, or wearing skirts from time to time (when Alex turned into him, he didn’t look half bad in women’s clothes). I could see Maxine being an awakening for him to wanting to start wearing women’s clothing and getting his ears pierced (in the episode where Jerry and Theresa make him join the beauty pageant he was starting to become more accommodating for looking female presenting, telling Justin and Alex to hurry up and change him back because he was starting to like the idea of getting his ears pierced)
