Skizz is an amazing artist. One of the best if you ask the hermits. They all see his art and hang it up in their bases but when they ask Skizz to draw a night sky full of stars, he draws the stars as the way them as children would draw them. The image would be a very realistic picture then the stars. They would be out of place.
Impulse has the most art pieces of any of the hermits. It's not even close! I mean he has a whole city to make. He requests Skizz to do some art around the city as well. He knows Skizz does art to calm down and to just pass time. He always adored Skizz's art, but him seeing the number of night sky pieces he hates because of the stars. The stars. He can't tell why Skizz needs help with stars, but he does.
Impulse visits Skizz's area one day to just see what new project he is working on, just to not see him there. He looks around the area, around the mountain and around the other areas and doesn't find him. He decides to just send him a private message to find out where he is.
<ImpulseSV> hey Skizz, where you at?
<Skizzleman> im at "coords bc I don't wanna give some" why do you ask?
<ImpulseSV> im coming over there because i wanna see you
<Skizzleman> alright!
Impulse sees how far Skizz is from everyone. He wonders why Skizz is there but starts to fly over there.
It's around dusk when Impulse finally makes it to Skizz. He lands gracefully behind Skizz.
"Hey Dippledop!!!!"
"Hey Skizz, what you doing out here?"
"Hmmmm, just wanted to find a new area to draw you know?"
"Huh, you gonna draw this landscape?"
"YEA!! I'm so gonna draw this. I just don't know at what time I should."
"Well why not at nig-"
Impulse was cut off by Skizz saying "NO." It shook him because he didn't understand why. When he looks back at Skizz, he is looking down at the ground, sadly. Impulse decides to sit down next to him.
"Can I ask why you won't draw this at night?"
"...stars....."
"Huh, can you say that a bit louder?"
"..Stars...I can't see them....what do they look like?"
Stars. STARS. The thing Impulse couldn't understand in Skizz's art. He couldn't see them. He couldn't see them.....
"Stars are like dots, very faint with a light glow. They glow white, Skizz. Almost like how your wings seem to glow at night."
Skizz looks up at Impulse. He doesn't say anything but writes that down in his art book.
"Stars are pretty, there are many stars in the night sky. They all glow together to make constellations. One being called Gemini, like Gem's name. But if any constellation I would say is the best is Lyra. It's not a big one but it reminds me of you."
Skizz seems intressed in what Impulse is saying. He seems to some what understand. Impulse smiles at that.
"Stars are amazing. The all remind me of you. Pretty and perfect. They can fall as well you know? The falling ones are the best also. Skizz you are probably the best star I know. Even tho you aren't a star, your one to me. A star artist as well."
Skizz blushes at that.
"So, Skizz, will you draw this area at night now? In a sky full of stars?"
"Yes, I think I will....I also know what to call it."
"You're naming the pictures now?"
"Yea! I mean I always was but..."
"Well what will you call it Skizz?"
"... either the Cliff of Stars or the Cliff of Lyra"
"I'll show you what Lyra looks like, especially because this is probably the best area to see it."
"The Cliff of Lyra it is then"

Some Skizzpulse and my headcannon of Skizz not seeing stars.

They go 'star' gazing numerous nights after, and Impulse lies there on a comfortable pile of pillows beside Skizz, describing all he can see. He's had to come up with ways to describe tricky things, like the ways stars twinkle. The different colours they can be, though only for a moment...
And Skizz will sit and draw it. Impulse has tried to draw an example but, well... He doesn't quite have Skizz's skill for art.
