Just a thought, at this point, I feel like it goes without saying that it's not very well thought out.
Z-team intro: 
After Chase introduces Sonar and is about to move to Flambae,
Robert, without thinking,: "Huh, I'd still let him hit."
Which makes Chase stop, turn, and aggressively start hitting Robert with the nearest object while profusely cussing him out about his terrible decisions. How he needs to up his standards and it's never gonna happen while Chase is still around.
After 20 minutes of this, Chase finally calms down enough to continue the presentation.
As soon as he's done introducing Flambae though, Robert says it again.
Which leads to another round of chasing, hitting, lecturing, and cussing out a storm no one has ever seen before.
Mandy is very concerned.
Robert has regrets, but is still a little shit with zero preservation, so he shouts that he's doing both of them at the same time and proceeds to run out of the room. 
Which is how he actually meets the Z team, kind of. They didn't actually talk. They just scrambled to get out of the way before Chase accidentally hit one of them.
