Not sure what is up with the star rail dev team but man they sure do love have characters meet alternative/other versions of themselves and fighting them (Dan Heng, Sparkle/Spraxie, Phainon) or flirting with them (March/Evernight, Cyrene, arguably Herta)

Plus the various background implications of alternative identical versions of characters like Luocha, Otto & Void Archives all existing and apparently being different people? Or like HSR Himeko and Hi3 Himeko being both cannon through Welt??

Even situations like the Trailblazer where they have to confront the alternative you didn’t choose (Stelle v Caelus) in the last Amphoreus quest line are pretty whacky!

It seems every new planet we visit has to have a bitch with a VERY complicated relationship to “self love” lmao
