Now that I have time to think about it after the shock, you really have to understand how smart Terezi really is, think about how all the retcons she had John do all leading up to the saving of Vriska, I think she always knew that Vriska was the one who was going to make a change. Terezi always knew of Vriska's potential and her role in the plot, and if not, then there has to be some seer powers related. This is all based on my observation, Terezi allowing Vriska to live may not just to been for their sake, but the entire game's sake; The only thing I hope is that she predicted what Vriska is going to do now that she has just upright changed most of the game's history, the real questions I'm asking is how she appeared in the first place and what she is going to do to further change history; this can be chaotically good or bad.
