Do you still believe H and K ever dated? Or that H is bi not gay? Has the past two weeks changed anything for you?

Out of everything that's been dug up about H from his and other's socials there are no pics that suggest they were anything other than good friends, are there? Then again, there are things like them playing with their cat in H's room and you can clearly see a pink dressing robe in the bathroom.

I always thought H was bi and K was only ever a friend. The past two weeks have thrown me off but I still believe H was single when HR started filming :)

Right so here's where I'm at!

I do now think it's likely that H is gay and not bi but this is probably something he realized about himself pretty recently. Like I'd say even as recently as less than a year back. I think it's likely that he considered himself bi or pan or something similar up until he met and fell for C.

I do also think that H and K did date for real and for years actually because I think the digital footprint that suggests that they considered each other bf/gf is too convincing for me to completely disregard as just friendly. But I do 100% believe the on-again off-again/open/leaning toxic allegations as that absolutely tracks for their dynamic, even currently. All that being said... I still think he was with her up to and including the Toronto premiere but broke up with her pretty much immediately after and started dating C right about then.

So yeah.. I haven't really changed my mind on the legitimacy of a prior HK relationship. (Their uncomfortableness with each other can't stem from being besties only, the way C and B are...) But I have indeed become a convert in thinking that H is gay and not bi, maybe.. probably🫠

While Minrathous had seen some improvement in the couple of years since the Shadow Dragons had come to power, rural Tevinter still wasn’t the friendliest place to be a Dalish elf. But, that’s where Bellara’s research had led her in her hunt for lost eluvians. When Illario had learned that she intended to make the trip whether she had a traveling companion or not, he’d pitched such a fit that Lucanis had reassigned his contracts. It was sweet, in a way. After all, Bellara didn’t need an escort or a bodyguard. She was a powerful mage in her own right, and the blight stains on her cheeks meant almost everyone knew who she was on sight. A Hero of the Veilguard, Savior of Minrathous. Never mind that, even now, neither title felt like they belonged to her. But, she couldn’t deny that she was grateful for Illario’s company, if only to watch him bare his teeth at the occasional asshole Vint. It was easy to forget how scary he could be when he really wanted to, how quickly his suave demeanor could melt into something sharp and threatening. He kept the locals at a safe distance while Bellara searched for the ruin that should be somewhere in the foothills of The Hundred Pillars. Marothius was a small town, with only one inn that met Illario’s standards. Bellara would have preferred to camp closer to the Pillars and further from the nosy humans, but he’d made a very convincing argument against it. A very convincing and pleasurable argument that still made her belly flip if she thought too closely about it.
