El has nightmares. they both do, it's no surprise. Max knows all the classics, and can sometimes tell which El is having by what she murmurs in her sleep. lots of Starcourt and lab ones. Max dying is easily the most common one. for all those, Max can wake her and comfort her and tell her it's okay.

a rare one that Max hates the most is when El cries mama? like a lost child. that's the one that always makes Max cry, because there's not a thing she can do about it. all the love in the world is no replacement for what was taken from El. she will never recover, and there are no real words of comfort to offer.

for those, Max tries to gather her up gently without waking her, and hold her close, and hope that El's dreams might shape her arms into the ones she needs.

sometimes, when El tightens around her and breathes more softly, mama, Max likes to think maybe it's working. she kisses her head and tries her hardest to cry silently.

Random Thought

All clowns have the potential to be or already are Yanderes. Especially in a purpleblood rage.

I mean, they're at the top of the food chain for land dwellers, can literally do whatever and not recieve punishment(case in point: LITERAL MURDER FOR CHURCH), and most importantly they're intense due to clown culture/religion. The Mirthful Messiahs guide them. They also guide their emotions. See where I'm going with this?

I feel like because there is no wedding like ceremony(canonically speaking anyway) for trolls, being officially in a quadrant is as good as marriage for them. It's particularly set in stone once the community/ church knows of the attachment.

On the upside, this means immunity from fatal clown interactions if you're a lowblood.

On the downside, breaking up with a clown is harder. You become a target for any well- meaning brother or sister to settle the score for that poor clown heart you broke.

And if that clown refuses to accept the break up... you will be brought back on sight. After all, you're a gift from the Mirthful Messiahs themselves. If your clown quadrant has to isolate you from everyone else(no regards to your other quadrants neither) to make you see the miracle that is your relationship, then so be it.

As the end of the year draws to a close I look back on my year in simblr. It’s been a ride - that’s for sure. Like honestly it feels like it’s been more than a year. Phew. I plan to continue on as sims is still a hobby of mine. Just a little differently. I was very much a ‘yes-woman’ for like most of my time here. I’d do anything if it made others happy and even if I couldn’t take on more I would if it meant making someone happy. My story ideas would change depending on how people responded and it made me disconnect from my characters. I just can’t do that anymore. I will be finetuning my list of active characters because it’s honestly so different now. Like I can count on one hand lol. Maybe I’ll ACTUALLY do a char page finally. I’ll also be releasing a bunch of stuff I’ve done poses, clothes, shoes, etc to clear out my files and delete them from my laptop. And finally, I hope to collab some more in the new year, I miss it. If you’ve bothered to read this.. sorry I wasted your time lmfao. It’s just my brain jargon and thought vomit. Anyways, I hope sims 3 keeps up the good fight to stay above water! We can do it guys! Here’s to a new decade!
