What a great article on buzzfeed’s Snapchat discover story 😉
When your character becomes a fan favorite and instead of being killed off you become a regular while everyone hates mayo boy and chrispin can't keep his job because he's not banging the lead anymore
Wednesday’s is officially: drag Mayo Hell day. Welcome to my blog.
You vs the girl she told you not to worry about
I dont hate mon el. When he first shows up, he isnt a good person. He lies and has almost no regard for others, but as the episodes progress, he learns. He tries to be better, everyday. Does he fuck up sometimes? Yeah, of course. But he adknowleges his mistakes, apologizes, and keeps striving to be better. Does that excuse the awful shit he did in the past? No, but having never known anything else, he had no better sense of ethics. He grew up with parents who owned slaves and no one telling him it was wrong. Morals are learned, not inherent. People do shitty things. People can be homophobic, selfish, mean, and even violent, but they can change if they are given a chance. Mon el's character just exists to show us that. He shows that even people who've done terrible things can become good with a lot of effort.
