Day 07!!! I lost 1 lbs this morning... but.. I feel like so weak and tired.. I beginning to crave other food.. LOL... BUT only 6 days to go!!! Got to be strong!!! Today's lunch is so yummy, I hope it can help me to regain my strenght after having 24hr fast.. 😊 Btw, got interesting info.. 2 of my good friends took this 13daysdiet together.. let's call them Ana and Betty (instead of A and B) Ana was getting married, so she watch her food, exercising, go on diet etc to be fit into her wedding dress.. and as for the final diet, she was having this 13daysdiet and only loose almost 5lbs.. but her body got smaller by the time she finish this diet. Betty, she just want to loose weight, ahe haven't been exercise for long time and didn't watch her diet.. she loss 3lbs only in 2 days!! But she quit the diet.. on the third day LOL.. coz she can't stand it.. she still want to eat more! In conclusion, it's not always about the weight.. when you never go on diet and any exercise, you losse water weight on the first week of the diet.. But we can make our body smaller with this diet if we usually exercising and eat right or diet.. ^.^
