I really wanted to draw Lou Lou and Maysilee's interview dresses. Effie specifies that the dresses are from the war era, and in the ABOSAS movie, the fashion is very 30s/40s inspired, so I went for similar silhouettes for the dresses.

this doesn’t really matter but I’m not sure why suzanne made effie so much older than haymitch in sotr in the first place or had haymitch call maysilee ‘sis.’ and I think that if you’re that concerned about him being shipped with other people maybe you need to write a stronger love story
