“The Way we Talk to our Children Becomes their Inner Voice”

i saw this sentence somewhere and i really liked it.

at first i thought about the obvious how my voice and personality must have some effect, how i should understand that what i do and how i do it is in direct affect on how and what my children will do.

but as i thought about it more i found something else, if my child inner voice is partly my own then my inner voice is partly someone else's...

if that is true, where is the other voice? what is the other voice? what can be wrong or just what can be changed, even better what was manipulated and what can be manipulate?
