Sylus conveniently runs into her on the streets one day and she suddenly starts coughing up red rose petals. He tries to help her but she pushes him away and ends up doubled over on the sidewalk

It's only then with her head resting on his shoulder, arms around his waist, his warmth seeping into her body that she realizes that she is even more down bad than she first thought and she gets sick again and starts coughing up more petals
