every case of programming is an abuser intentionally manipulating your psyche. not every case of an abuser intentionally manipulating your psyche is programming.

so sick of people shying away from the word "torture" when describing programming / TBMC. it waters it down and makes things that aren't programming seem like it.

you cannot unintentionally program someone. programming is done through intentional TORTURE done repeatedly.

today's deprogramming advice is i don't CARE how convenient it is, no triggering programs on purpose. yes, even that one to help you sleep. or that one to make pain stop. stop training your brain to respond to cues.
