This blog is really just to keep me accountable. I am physically disabled so have limited exercise. I also struggle with an MC4R mutation- it's a rare obesity mutation that causes insatiable hunger and difficulty losing weight. Young children with the MC4R mutation often hit over 100 pounds before five or six.
My plan for this account is simple. Every Saturday morning, I will weigh myself and post the weekly plan. Every Friday morning, I will weigh myself. That night, I'll post a reflection to compare the plan to reality.
