mad respect for Mamang Taho Vendor for serving three men covered in blood without batting an eyelash.
using the trains as means to transport souls to the underworld is SUCH peak urban fantasy. i love it.
“para naman akong nagamit nun” is WAY funnier than “i feel objectified” Basilio sounds so betrayed i kenat.
srsly having a santelmo on speed dial is so convenient. i’d gladly trade my smartphone for one of those immortal nokia units if it has a majestic ball of fire that smites people on my command.
i just noticed the way Crispin dove to cover Alex when Bagyon Lektro crashed their breakfast. aww. the twins really are class president Alexandra’s tall & mischievous sergeants-at-arms.
i appreciate the depiction of police brutality, but can we maybe not show the bad cops as having skin tone that’s significantly darker than that of Tapia & Guerrero? in such a visual medium, it sends a specific kind of message.
i just wish we get a few frames that show what ordinary people see when supernatural shit goes down, because it’s a little disconcerting to find an honest to goodness horse-man when you’re cheering for a race that was supposed to involve two perfectly normal cars haha
