DRIP DSMP Edition (Feat. Phil, Techno, Foolish, and Sam)

It's pretty much tradition at this point for me to draw my favorite characters in my clothes so here it is.

With varying levels of complexity in my outfit choices. Sam lucked out in getting to be the model for my comfy / lazy outfit or, pretty much what I’ve been wearing through the pandemic.

Tiny little hybrid headcanons for the dsmp!!!!

Techno isn’t fond of water, obviously this isn’t a Ghostbur or Ranboo situation but he is a piglin hybrid and piglin come from the nether! Their skin isn’t made to come in contact with water, so if Techno has to be in the rain or in the water too long he’ll get a little rash. (Yes this is an excuse to draw more cabin bois taking shelter from the rain under Phil’s wings what do you want from me)

Sam, being a creeper hybrid, isn’t really made to be in daylight. It doesn’t hurt him obviously but his circadian rhythm defaults to him sleeping during the day. Sam often stays up for days at a time though, he has to look after his prison or gather materials or build or something. But he still much prefers it when people have meetings with him during the night.

Like Sam, all hostile mob hybrids are naturally nocturnal except for two key outliers which are relevant to this discussion. Endermen and piglin hybrids (as well as others that come from the nether or end) don’t have a circadian rhythm based on time of day. That is obviously because they came from a dimension with no day-night cycle. Those two just sleep whenever they feel tired, but they can develop their sleep schedule to match the humans around them.
