French fact : Usually we don’t use “lol” or this emoji “:D” to show that something is funny. We say “mdr” which is the abbreviation of “mort de rire” (died of laughter). I’m pretty sure you already saw it on twitter. More we add “r” such as “MDRRRRR”, more the thing is funny.
