On Friday, I helped Spirit Trail Fiberworks set up her booth. The great thing about that is that I get to preview everything without a maddening crowd. On Saturday, I purchased the Nona in the new Dapple colorway for the Phoenix Rising shawl that I saw in her booth, and one of her new gradient kits in Brigantia to go with some Brigantia that I got from her at a previous MDSW.

More goodies from this past weekend, this time from Fiber Optic Yarns. A gradient in raspberry truffle colorway and a OIAL color on a new base that is merino, alpaca, silk, and nylon. Also, two books. I love books!

This is my pull from Homestead Hobbyist. Each is a Savage Blend. The ones I got are Hematite, Wounded Ranger, and Crime Scene: Murder Weapon.

I am trying a new vendor this year, thanks to Tumblr. This superwash merino fingering is from ontheround (makingyarn). The colorway is Speckled Cosmic Rainbow. I think it will make a great baby sweater.
