A much more recently finished project! I’ve been wanting to make this pattern for ages, but it took me a time and a half to pick colors. Pink and blue are Sweetheart and Robins Egg in Ontheround’s Everyday Lite  and yellow is Brass in Tosh Merino Light.

A few months ago I was scrolling through #ontheround shop. They were having a sale on some of the roving because moving shop and slashing inventory, right? And I thought to myself "Self! Why do you keep looking for YARN for that shawl pattern when you're not going to be satisfied with it? Look at this stuff! Stop being lazy and make your own!" Which, ok, I can do that. So I ordered 2 hanks of roving in Ring of Fire for myself, spun it up thin, Navajo plied it to get some nice long color changes, and got to work. Then promptly sat it aside and forgot about it for weeks because Other Projects. Then, tonight, I saw it and decided it needed to be blocked. I don’t know who needs to hear this- but if you can knit a mitten, you can knit a sweater. Ribbing, increases, and decreases- that’s all it takes, and maybe a little more time.
