A few WCIFs:

Does anyone know if @princessbliss-sim's hobbit door and window (couldn't find the original page found it x2) has been fixed by anyone yet? They look like this at night and when viewing from certain angles (in daytime) they are darker/lighter. I also don't think they let light "in", the rooms are always pitch black when I'm using them. If no one has done this, how would one (me) fix this?

@shastakiss (hi!) have you (or someone else) repo'd the tub+curtain on this tub to the BG comboclean tub's curtains+tub? (tub tub tub) as it is now, it needs custom recs (omg my english is so bad do I make any sense??)

Higher mailbox+trashcan lod90-default? I swear I used to have this but I can't for the life of me find it. (basically a tiny default replacing the lod90-meshes with the lot-meshes)

I have once again managed to delete a wallpaper I didn't mean to (I hate past me for merging so many walls). Thread with pics here.

Does anyone know how to use the lotadjuster, when you want the lot to be placed on terrain that is higher than the terrain you place it on? I've seen iCad's tutorial here, and I tried unchecking the "keep lot elevation" (and also with it checked) but the lot still ended up inside of the neighborhood terrain both times. I really want to place a lot up here:

and as you can see, the terrain there is higher (but flat enough for a small lot!). Thanks in advance<3

Some hair-related questions:

how does one find hair recolors for a mesh? I remember there being some kind of a spreadsheet?

what’s your max poly count for a hair? I said 3k but then had to make an exception for a hair at 5k. but there are literally 30k HAIRS out there??? and 10k!? like?? 😭 I think i have a plant in my game which I made an exception for, it was around 7k.

where does one find low-poly hairs?

also, how do i know how much poly’s my pc/ts2 can handle? my pc is not a beast, i have an intel i-5 processor i think, 24gb ram and nvidia 960 gtx graphics card.

Does anyone know why my thumbnails are stuck? Even if I delete them and generate new ones, my previous default (not in my downloads folder anymore, I have new defaults) for various paintings still show up?? I can update the icons in-game (ctrl+right click) and they update, but the next time I load up my game they revert back to my previous defaults' icons.. WHY and HOW? Even im simPE they show up!

I also have a problem with the recolorable stairs. My stair category looks like this:

the "no pic" is clickable, but won't put down any stairs. The brown stair (selected) should be recolorable, but it isn't (and yes, I place it and then use the recolor-tool). And neither is the second brown one (why do I have duplicates??). I have installed scriptorium twice I think, but the problem is still there. I have also made sure I have the newest update (newest = 2007 hahaha) of the recolorable modular stairs.

Edit: I downloaded one more recolor and now the recolorable modular stair decided to work. Yay! Also the "no pic" was because I had edited the filename and not updated the .txt, see the comments!

I'm currently cleaning out my downloads folder, and it seems I accidentally deleted a wallpaper from Vimpse I didn't mean to delete. The filename was called "vimpsemorelove2birds5" (surerly edited by me) and looks like this:

I managed to find their "Love More #3 walls", but I can't find the #2 on their tumblr. These are called "morelove2" (in the filename) but the wallpaper I'm looking for is not included. I've literally downloaded all of Vimpse’s walls in the "download: wall" tag. Does anyone know? 😩

(I’ll redo it - since I have the texture - in case I don’t find it)
