Everyday there’s always one ignorant mean self absorbed person being rude! Then want to call us out our name when you took@time to read policy or shipping times most of your dumbass emails could be answered . Sorry to the rest of the world but it’s sad how a rude nasty chick can place a $40 order and the next day calling emailing asking where it’s at ! Read stores policy and shipping info prior to purchasing. Then once I get fly back you wanna say I’m rude and shouldn’t be in customer service ..smh I’m making this clear ..read my stores policy or don’t patronize it. This way you won’t feel entitled and I won’t be rude towards you if I’m so rude. No, I’m rude after you call me a bitch for stating you should’ve read the stores policy. Ppl think it’s bad for business when a customer not happy or say I’ll never be back. Ummmm please don’t ever come back. We don’t want your type of business in our shop. Despite having an awful day at work where I had numerous mean customers, things are finally looking up. I just got an internship with a magazine! Although it doesn’t pay, and it’s only 15 hours a week, I’ll get to do a lot of writing. There is even the possibility that they’ll send me to cover events and represent them. I’m one step closer to New York.

CUSTOMERS

So I work as a cashier... And when I ring people out I'll ask them "how was your day love,sweetheart, honey ect..." I use endearments when talking to them.. I've always said it with a smile because I do care and I've never offended anyone in fact it always makes them smile they will turn around and call me endearments back... Now I don't go around calling men these names because that's inappropriate ... But I'll call all the old folks those names because they remind me of my grandparents and my grandparents love when I use those names.... But today this one old lady went through my line I said the usual "Hi how are you today love" and she got offended... Enough so that she told my supervisor about it... Who then in turn told me I shouldn't call my customers those names anymore.... ( who btws knows I say that and laughed saying I guess that one wasn't a sweetheart ) It's mind boggling to me how that's offensive I can see if I'm a male fine but I'm a woman (who God I hate to admit still looks 16) Every single person I have every got was a sweetheart but I guess some people are JUST ASSHATS THAT GOTTA RUIN IT FOR OTHERS.... Well f**k that asshat customer and I'm not stopping .. Also just to let you guys know I had another old lady come through my line (on the same day) and I did my usual greeting and she told me I made her day and that I was a good girl ... Those customers are why I do that and I dam Welll ain't stoping because of one Bizotch old lady
