@Instagram was like a young healthy #Saguaro in the #SonoranDesert but as their greed and manipulation of the algorithm grows, the decay and damage to the platform becomes more apparent. I believe it’s an unwise decision for Facebook to pull the plug on their competition because it means that people will go away and lose interest in the platform. Instagram will have continue to endure and survive to quench Facebook’s greed. They are making it near impossible for professional Instagram marketers to grow their own communities without paying for Facebook’s “Instagram for Small Business” ads and as a result of this, I foresee many marketers, creatives and social media influencers losing interest in the platform and hunting for other options. Competitors will begin to look elsewhere and evolve! I paid for Instagram ads and it generated a lot of fake interactions but very little real or actual engagement. Facebook’s #customerserviceproblems are numerous and their support is literally nonexistent and Mark Zuckerberg is my least favorite Tech CEO or least likable one. . My Favourite Italian

I worked in a fancy restaurant for a hot second, it's a busy Saturday night in the middle of Summer. This guy I worked with, Mario*, total giant, he's got a hot temper and horrible handwriting. Now Mario is a waiter. It's totally packed, Mario was late, he slams in at like 6, he's never late, so this was quite odd.

So the way the restaurant is set up, is like totally open and we have a giant wall of wine, which you need a latter to get to the top. We have ice buckets right next the wine wall.

Mario runs in to the back and runs into our assistant Manager, Floormat*. Now floormat is screaming at Mario. And Mario turns around and kicks him straight where the sun doesn't shine. Mario runs out and knocks over six ice buckets, he knocks the chives our chef had on his table, and Mario screams at the top of his lungs, "Cafe Othello* SUCKS!" He rips off his apron and he has his waiter book in his hand.

One of our other waiters, Bert*, runs after him. Not to make sure Mario was okay, or that Floormat was okay. But to grab the book out of Mario's hands and steal his tables! Ah, Bert, our little opportunist.

*All names have been changed.
