@Instagram was like a young healthy #Saguaro in the #SonoranDesert but as their greed and manipulation of the algorithm grows, the decay and damage to the platform becomes more apparent. I believe it’s an unwise decision for Facebook to pull the plug on their competition because it means that people will go away and lose interest in the platform. Instagram will have continue to endure and survive to quench Facebook’s greed. They are making it near impossible for professional Instagram marketers to grow their own communities without paying for Facebook’s “Instagram for Small Business” ads and as a result of this, I foresee many marketers, creatives and social media influencers losing interest in the platform and hunting for other options. Competitors will begin to look elsewhere and evolve! I paid for Instagram ads and it generated a lot of fake interactions but very little real or actual engagement. Facebook’s #customerserviceproblems are numerous and their support is literally nonexistent and Mark Zuckerberg is my least favorite Tech CEO or least likable one. . This photo was captured in the #SuperstitionMountains of a #decayingsaguaro in the #SonoranDesert. I’m enjoying my new life on a clean slate in #SouthernArizon!
