Success!!! MEAT CHEESE BREAD in Portland, OR: hands down the champion of PDX breakfast burritos. It's got robust and smoky green chile salsa shipped from NM. It's also loaded with perfectly crispy hash browns and the tortilla is fried just a touch on the outside. I always hit this place up a couple times when I'm down here.
Update: I got a tip that the dude that owns it used to work at Frontier in Albuquerque. That explains it! I honestly think Meat Cheese Bread's burritos are much better than Frontier's but I can definitely see the relation.
Dept. of Corrections: They make their own salsa, rather than ship it in: it's super delicious. I want it now.
