Timeline of Gwen's Desecration:
Because there are "As many Guineveres as there are stars in the nights sky," we don't know which one is Gwen, the one rescued by Frankie and Andi. The thing that sets her apart from the other Guins is her damage.
First time we definitely see her, she's still mostly intact. But Olivia is using her bare hands to tear out Gwens guts.
Second Time we definitely see Gwen, she's missing a lot more parts. Olivia has now moved on to using tools and advanced machinery.
Third time we definitely see gwen is obviously here, in the grasp of the claw machine that I'm pretty sure used to be part of an interactive attraction:
We stay with this Guinevere or Gwen once Frankie and Andi rescue her from storage.
As for all the Guineveres that we see humans interact with, those could be Gwen or they might not... But I think people should be careful about speculation
