oh also i no longer have covid but it was in fact one of the worst symptoms of my whole entire life in a couple days i got about 9 hours of sleep all together but luckily it didnt last as long as the last time i had covid. which was last year and lasted about 12-14 days

Literally I nearly refused to start meds because of my OCD and that shit saved my life and literally gave me a little bit of the ability to live my life and do anything back. It didn’t fix everything, but it gave me room to actually exist, cope and heal.

Anti-psychiatry is based as shit, anti-medication is just fucking stupid.
