“sometimes you’re all you have, most times you’re all you need” - r.h.sin technically, winnie keane doesn’t exist, her father made sure of that. at the age of twelve, winnie was in a tragic accident and announced dead at the scene. with a closed casket funeral and all doors locked, winnie began her new life locked away.  she doesn’t blame her father though, girls who claim to see ghosts should be locked away for their own good. for ten years, no one has seen winnie except for her father, his loyal servants, the doctor and of course, the dead.

Classic Chara who is a medium requested by anon! I hope you like it!

I tried to give it a slightly doubtful/sad feel to it since humans tend to look down upon those who are mediums and plus ghosts can make you sad sometimes. Sorry if I seem to be rambling, I just wanted to explain a bit.

Death Sense |

The user is capable of sensing the coming of death, able to determine when someone is dead or dying or if others have died in a specific location. At times, this extends to seeing the names and lifespans of those who's faces the user sees. The user also has a sense of Clairvoyance ( The power to gain direct visual information through non-physical means) and Precognition - Power to perceive future events before they happen. Opposite power of Retrocognition - which means The user can discern the past and past events using various means, usually entering a trance while seeing and hearing a noted past event, whether it be concerning themselves or of an unfamiliar lineage in a past occurrence. Occasionally spontaneous. The Users may have limited range depending on the user's proficiency, innate talent or the nature of the power itself; which can cause the power to ALWAYS be on. This form of power however may not work on The User's own death and only works on beings capable of dying or only work on beings with a soul. Which means Soulless beings cannot be read. The other occurances is that the User can only sense the death when they are natural deaths. Even when The User tries to save the person despite their efforts Deaths may always happen. The way the person may die however are normally in signs or clues.

Death Whisper |

The User is able to connect to a supernatural network that broadcasts messages about the deceased or dying, which gives them the capability to hear the voices of people who were murdered or previously died. They can gain advice from the dead sense/predict the coming death of a person. This is often confused as Mediumship and goes hand and hand with similar Applications of Mediumship. Unlike Mediumship The User has the ability to listen to the dead, they have no way of communicating with them. Sometimes the deceased or a maleficent spirit may give false advice as well as The Users may not be able to control their ability and might not be able to turn it off.  This maybe can cause The User to be endowed with some kind of mental disability as a result of hearing the voices.

The User with this ability either is or can transform into Grim Reaper (Death, Angel/Demon of Death, Shinigami, etc.), gaining all the the powers and responsibilities that come with the position, which may range from simply guiding the dead to the next world to actively causing the death, possibly somewhat both.

Depending on the user depends on how they SENSE or SEE the death on someone. Some see a color as others just can FEEL when it’s going to happen to that users as a form of sixth sense. This Application considered Death Sense. However, some just hears the whispers as if tuned into a radio station with this The User can gain advice from the dead sense/predict the coming death of a person; this Application is typically confused with Mediumship but is not simply this is referred to as The Death Whisper.

The User of this power can Transport afterlife souls and can evoke extreme fear and horror in others. The User also has a have a form of Necromancy that ties closely to having Mediumship. The User also has the ability to summon a weapon normally to rip a soul (however not all seems to have this).

The User can view ghosts/spirits of deceased and communicate and/or interact with them, even if they have possessed inanimate objects/subjects/people. They are able to repel and run spirits away from an area (banish), compel to employ an armada of ghosts, and may even view a visual conception of a spirit world in a trance if desired.

The limitations of The User consists of that the ghosts can visit the user against their will; and will always come to them at least expected moments since this power attracts spirits. The attraction can cause The User to become possessed by the spirits or ghosts and dealings with the spirits or ghosts to be rather dangerous.
