One of my final Egypt in the Classical World classes was a lecture on saints and early Christianity, and whoops, my hand slipped on the back of one of my quizzes.

Anyways, it’s been a wild year, and I’m headed back home for the summer. This is always a bit of a weird time for me, like I’m trying to take off the person I’ve been up here and become a different version of myself.

//: Omg please please please, give the lore dump. I will read all of it. Ik you know very little about me as a mod, but here's a lil tit bit of my personal life... Sewing is one of my fav things, and I was so disappointed that DE didn't have a sewing/craft based character. You picked the perfect blog to share this to. Sewing, psych and tech between the three of them have my entire focus 95% of the time. (I make/adapt a lot of my clothing to disability needs as well as loving sewing generally), THEY ARE PERFECT, you've managed to replicate the in game fonts and style so so sooo well. AND YOU GOT THE COOKIE TIN, TOMATO PIN CUSHION. AND THE SPOOLS. ON THE CRUTCHES. AAAAAAAAAAH. Is Mimi they/them, or do they use another pronoun set too?

Are those knee and hand braces I see? Fellow hypermobile beanie? Those knees certainly remind me of my own lolllll 👀

Miri (sewing machine, they/lamb/doll) > soft clunky stitches, slightly eerie/ragged around the edges, but very huggable, smells faintly like well-loved second hand fabric, dust and that plastic/metal rust scent you get from old buttons.

Ender (3D printer, he/him xe/xem) > precise but gets jammed regularly, a little smug/pretentious about "modern tech," probably smells like warm PLA. Awfully anxious about messing things up... constantly. Mac and Ender have a bit of a weird relationship. They're friends, but this unspoken resentment on Ender's side that xe has to rely on Mac to do print anything new. now.. picture: they’re all hanging out in the maker space; part of the office has been turned into a craft room, Ender and Miri bickering over whether hand-sewn or 3D-printed designs are sturdier, Mac in the background with their head in their hands nervously warning them not to 'start a fire please, Arma would kill us'. Then Mac blurts out, 'can you stop fighting like a married couple for two minutes and just - the homoerotic tension is UNBEARABLE' and the room goes dead silent except for the hum of a cooling fan. "I didn't mean it like that" "I think you did."
