We won!

Mega Moemon Fire Red.

Funny thing is that i always nickname my moemons with more humanoid names.

And as promised, i won the game with the Satoshi Tajiri team!

My team post-Misty. I’d gotten up to five but... ugh. I had a gyarados but he got taken out by a crit swift T_T

Currently im playing Mega Moemon Fire Red. I still didnt finished the game, but i already planned to do one thing:

Win with the Satoshi Tajiri team

For those who dont know, the Satoshi Tajiri team was the team used by the creator of Pokemon, Satoshi Tajiri, to beat Pokemon Red.

It was

1-Charizard

2-Jolteon

3-Persian

4-Dodrio

5-Lapras

6-Scyther

Its a very unbalanced team, but one of the motifs in pokemon is to win with the pokemon you like most.

And i like to try team combinations.

I heard  that Mega Moemon Fire Red got an update since I last played it, so I’m checking it out. Lots of new and improved sprites and other additions. Nuzlocking and uh, having a Bad Time. Just got to Cerulean and this is my team :| Since there’s only three of us and everything is stronger than regular Fire Red, we are GRINDING. Figure when Magi evolves we’ll move on to the rival fight and such. But for now, we grind...

Alright, after catching GeneralTso, losing Ramen, and grinding a lot, this is the team I’m gonna take on Misty with. I have no idea what to expect. And hopefully BBQ won’t have to see any of it.

Update: Two new members have joined the team, so things are looking a little more hopeful, especially if BellPepper can learn a grass attack.

Post-Surge team. I continue to struggle to maintain a team above three, but the three I have are doing me well. I was disappointed when I first caught Snek, but it turns out he is made of tiddies and murder, and I love him now. Taught  him Dig and he completely carried us through both the rival fight and the gym (if you couldn’t tell by his level lol). The tripple poison typing is worrying, but what can we do? We move on!

Things are going a little bad, and by a little I mean a lot. I’m down to my last two moemon, henceforth known as Team Honey BBQ. Considering we have to face Misty soon, hopes are not high, but gosh darnit if we’re going down, we’re going down fighing!
