Yeah, yeah different universe but the idea of Prime Megatron being like d16 was in tfone before falling to the lows he commits later is pretty tragic...
Yo!! 😁 Hi again! Can you make a picture of tfp Megatron (og) napping with the kids; Jack, Miko and Raf sleeping on him? (no vore at all) Just peaceful napping pile
After a long day of filming, it is quite common to find Megatron napping in his room, falling asleep during script readings. This time he was helping kids with their script for next scene.
Optimus could not pass the opportunity to take a picture.
happy late birthday my mentally challenged drug addict
Everyone, meet Megatron Prime. The Shattered Glass version of TF One's Megatron/D-16. His design is based on the G1 version of SG Megatron as well Gladiator Megatron. I wanted him to look more noble and like a superhero so I added the gold accents. Plus, he has a sword and shield as a nod to his ascension from a gladiator to a noble warrior. I kept his eyes gold as a way of indicating his heart of gold. I also made the SG Decepticon insignia to look friendlier. Megatron Prime is a pacifist, an eloquent speaker and believes in hard work as well never giving up hence his catchphrase "Rise up!"
Well im feeling like a patient from mental hospital. I like it so there you go.
I only got motivation to draw Megs because I was re-watching transformers prime with my best friend.
I'm gonna miss Gladiator Megatron
I'm fine with Transformers One's direction of making him a miner, apparently that was his origins in the comics or something... But man, there is something so cool about a former warrior having a fallen-from-grace arc, going from fighting to survive in the arena, to fighting for the people, then just fighting for power and control.
You see this dude in Transformers Prime and you get how he came from a life of battle, believing in the concept of "might makes right", "survival of the fittest", "the weak should make way for the strong", and all that stuff.
It's also cool how he used the experience he gained in combat to become the leader of the Decepticons, showing he's not just a muscle-head, he actually knows how to exploit his opponent's weakness with deceiving and observation.
He just feels like a nice combination of brute strength, willpower, and wisdom, all that just so happen to be used for the wrong reasons due to his arrogance and sense of entitlement, and having his origin be as a gladiator that went the wrong path feels like it matches him perfectly.
What a great villain.
