Sleeping Arrangements

Hatsume has a rough night sleeping with her lovers.

Hatsume woke up when she fell out of the bed. This wouldn't be too much of a problem, she was used to ending up on the floor at this point, but she'd slid out of the bed head head first, leaving her foot still hanging off the edge and tangled in blankets. She groaned as she opened her eyes, turning her head to the side so she could rub the sore spot she'd landed on without having to move. Looking up at the bed, she saw a pink foot hanging out of the blanket and knew the culprit of her current predicament.

It wasn't worth it to get back into bed. Sleeping with Mina meant either waking up with her wrapped around you like an extra blanket or being booted from the bed because of how wild a sleeper she was. Her back wouldn't thank you for sleeping at such an odd angle, but she'd worry about that tomorrow.

She placed her hands behind her head and closed her eyes as she tried to get comfortable. Her foot was still being held at a weird angle and er back wasn't flat on the floor, but Hatsume had slept in worse positions. She'd once fallen asleep with her body half stuck inside one of her inventions and stayed there until one of her classmates was able to help her out, so this wasn't too bad.

At least that was her plan before something heavy fell onto her. "What the heck?"

"Oww..." Mina moaned from her position stretched vertically across Hatsume's stomach. "Wha happened? I wa' tryn' sleep..."

The blanket had fallen off of the bed with her, which freed up Hatsume's foot, allowing Mina's full body splash to push her entirely to the ground. The drop, while small, was not doing her head any favors. She shoved Mina off of her, ignoring her girlfriend's squeak she kicked her legs free of the blanket.

"Meimei," Mina whined, pulling herself closer and wrapping her arms around Hatsume's waist.

Hatsume sighed as Mina cuddled into her, nuzzling her chest. Hatsume tilted her head away to avoid Mina's horns, knowing that her sleeping girlfriend wasn't paying any attention. "Mimi, you fell out the bed."

Mina mumbled into her chest. Hatsume couldn't hear what she was saying, but she knew that it was probably incoherent anyway because Mina was a very determined sleeper. Hatsume wasn't against just falling back asleep. It was Izuku's job to pick them up off the floor and get them back into bed, and Hatsume hadn't made a robot to do that yet. She let her limbs spread out around her and just closed her eyes once more.

"Are you two, okay?" Izuku asked, looking sleepily over the edge of the bed. He looked tired, one arm flopping over the edge to halfheartedly reach out toward them. 

"She's not moving," Hatsume answered. She moved her should a few times to shake Mina, who didn't move. "I'm pretty sure she's asleep. Like I want to be."

Izuku made a sad noise. "Lonely..."

Hatsume raised her arm to reach back toward him, but they were close enough to touch. "I can't reach you."

Izuku retreated and then two pillows were launched toward the floor, followed by Izuku sliding off the bed. He was barely holding his eyes open as she crawled over to her, lifted her head, and shoved one of the pillows beneath her head. "Mina kick you again?"

"Yeah."

"We should get a bigger bed." He placed a pillow beside her and reached for the blanket, spreading it out over the three of them before he laid down.

"Not sure it would make a difference," Hatsume added. 

Izuku cuddled close to her, wrapping his arm around both of them. "We'll tie her to the bed," he said.

"Hmm," Hatsume hummed, feeling herself relax and near the edge of sleep. "I'll order the rope." 

Hatsume had slep in a lot of places, a lot of ways, but she was sure that this was her favorite, snugly fit between her two lovers. It didn't really make a difference to her if it was the bed or the floor, but she would remember about buying rope.
