I like everything about your pacing and, characterizations, and dialogue in your fics. I feel like you’re the author who is most realistic and true to the characters and spirit of the show that I’ve found so far…I haven’t found anyone else who scratches that itch for me. Is there anyone you recommend?

that said, if it helps at all, i’ve been working on a fic for @angel-fruitcake (emily, friend of the pod) all year. it’s going up in january! i’ll be posting a chapter every day of the month to celebrate her (and castiel, her perfect son who has never done anything wrong in his life ever) 🙂‍↕️ AND i have a smutty christmas special on the way for the holiday season

once emily’s fic is posted, i’ll probably post a little more regularly but i’ve had a year straight out of hell and i’m finishing grad school this coming year 😵‍💫 so i’ve been posting less but that’s only bc im writing fic more slowly, since time has become much more limited. but im still working on several wips and am excited to share what ive been cooking!! 🥰

origin of username: when i was roughly 10 or 11 years old, my older sibling made a comic abt a girl who was a Loser Child (ostensibly representative of me, their younger sibling) who worked hard at odd jobs to earn enough money to obtain the trendy jeans all the cool kids wore. Loser Child felt that if they got those trendy jeans, they could overcome their awkwardness and anxiety and be Cool. acquiring the pants did not make Loser Child suddenly popular, but once she put them on, she was imbued w the power to embrace her weirdness and overcome any social anxiety. putting on the hard earned pants transformed her into loserchildhotpants, a superhero capable of even the most advanced social interactions 😤

i’ve actually been writing a lot 😅 i haven’t published anything yet bc it’s not ready.

this is the big fic i’m working on. it’s a gift to @angel-fruitcake and i want her to have it in full before i begin posting.

i have ~20 kinktober wips (in all honesty, i will probably post them next kinktober since im super overwhelmed this year)

i have a holiday fic i’ve been writing as well as the continuation and end of my endverse vignettes and 2 other chaptered fics

this is on top of writing 30 pages of original content and essays in package form every 3 weeks for my program, reading roughly 4 novels a month, attending and preparing my own presentations on craft, and this is while my marriage is struggling, and i’m fighting for my life for dopamine.

i know you mean well and i’m touched that my writing is missed, but i am writing, i’m writing so, so much and trying so, so hard 😭 i’m just not ready to share anything ive been working on yet.

if @angel-fruitcake is okay with me sharing snippets of her WIP, i will share some here, but something that would be profoundly more helpful to me is if folks told me how and what they enjoy and appreciate abt the work i have already shared and is already there on AO3. that would help w my personal dopamine shortage
