I’m back! (Again, again, again) and this time with my eyes firmly focused on running the Melbourne Marathon in October, 13 weeks away.
Ultimately there is a lot of work to do over the next 13 weeks, I’m sitting around 80kg and can’t run more than 5km currently, so when I say a lot of work, I mean a lot of work. But none the less, day one of training starts today and I will be making my best efforts to record the next 13 weeks here on Tumblr.
