quiet  ever  since  she’d  gotten  home  from  school  that  afternoon,  pj  knew  HER  FAMILY  WAS  WORRIED,  but  hadn’t  yet  been  ready  to  share  what  was  on  her  mind.  instead  she’d  hung  out  in  her  cousins  room,  pretending  to  read.  finally  through  processing,  her  voice  broke  the  silence.  ❝  a  girl  in  my  class,  her  mom  was  ARRESTED  last  night.  they  just  came  into  their  home  and  dragged  her  out.  ❞  pj  wasn’t  even  sure  the  woman  was  ACTUALLY  A  WITCH.  the  one  time  she’d  been  over  there  to  work  on  a  history  assignment,  there  hadn’t  been  anything  to  suggest  the  woman  practiced.  ❝  and  everyone  was  just...  i  don’t  know,  pretending  everything  was  NORMAL.  like  she  deserved  what  happened.  ❞  tears  spilled  down  her  cheeks.  a  daughter  losing  HER  MOTHER  to  the  persecutions.  it  hit  close  to  home.              /  @melindha

           ❝  I’m   gonna   𝙺𝙸𝙻𝙻   them.  ❞    Fists   balled   into   tight,   aching  ━  𝚂𝙷𝙰𝙺𝙸𝙽𝙶    fists,  inching   closer   and   closer   to   the   edge   of   an   old   athame   sitting   beside   him.  The  TV   had   blared   a   large,   loud,   celebration   over   it’s   broadcast.  The   government   were  celebrating   the   next   death   of   a   witch  ━  a   young   girl,   innocent,   terrified,  𝚅𝚄𝙻𝙽𝙴𝚁𝙰𝙱𝙻𝙴.   It   was   a   sickening   display   of   ‘ colour ’   and   happiness   just   before  the   evening   news,   ecstatic   at   ridding   the   world   of   people   like   him. 

             Every   second   he   stood   there,   watching   the   world   grin   over   murder,   it   slid  underneath   his   skin   and   began   to   twist   his   stomach.  His   back   was   tingling,  𝙲𝚁𝙰𝚆𝙻𝙸𝙽𝙶.  He   was   fighting   himself.  But   watching   them   broadcast   it   like   some  Olympic   event?  It   latched   onto   his   heart   and   turned   it   to   𝙵𝙸𝚁𝙴.  His   entire   body  was   burning,   too   hot   too   touch,   radiating   fury,   and   soon  ━  one   wrong   move  and   he   was   going   to   kill   someone.

she knows that seeing her niece for the first time since her arrest was putting melinda at risk. however, phoebe has made precautions. phoebe also knows that her niece has experienced much torment from others due to phoebe’s actions. ‘ i needed to see you, to be the one to explain.‘ the wrong thing done for the right reason is still the wrong thing in phoebe’s opinion. cal greene had been a horrible human being but she knows that she never should have lost control of her powers. she feels that her niece would eventually follow in her footsteps due to all of the rightful anger that melinda has for her. “ Sometimes you need to break the rules to fix them. ”  Seemingly wise for a man spreading seeds of doubt, of misdirection. Wyatt laid his back against the windowsill leading out to the street. His tone was deep, slow, clear as he spoke — a strong sense of focus controlling each little crafted movement in his face. He was her ‘guardian angel’, a mentor in the ‘fight against evil’. But no one told her that he was the evil — the puppeteer making things so much worse. That needed to be stopped. No one knew, that she, that they both had the power to stop the witch trials in one short move and a wicked smile.
