Isabela Bucceri is Faile Bashere, a young noblewoman who is on a quest and, mild spoilers, becomes the love interest of one of our main boys. LOVE HER in the books, can't wait to see her on screen
Nukâka Coster-Waldau is Bair, a Wise One of the Aiel, and indeed most of these casting announcements are Aiel. Wise Ones in Aiel culture are martriachal leaders who resolve deputes between clans, and many (but not all) are secretly channelers. Bair is not a channeler but does have some supernatural abilities of her own. If her name sounds familiar Nukâka Coster-Waldau is the wife of Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, from Game of Thrones
Salóme Gunnarsdóttir is Melaine, another Aiel Wise One, although she can channel, and is quite powerful, particularly when it comes to communicating and traveling through the dreamworld
Björn Landberg is Rhuarc, clan chief of the Taardad Aiel, and first major male Aeil (not counting Rand) we have gotten. Aiel society is divided into several clans, with chiefs nominated by Wise Ones in the clan, who must then undergo a dangerous ritual to prove they are worthy.
Synnøve Macody Lund is Melindhra an Aiel maiden of the spear, similar to Avienda and the other Aiel women we met in S2, and what Rand's mother was.
