#meluna cup

I need help deciding between menstrual cups. I'm stuck between the Lunette cup and MeLuna cup. There was another one I saw one here that was was shaped differently than the typical cup and I can't remember the name and I want to look into it too. I'd love to have some opinions from people who have used these brands.

This is the first cycle using my Meluna cup!

Can I just say I've been so excited for this last week to come! I'm literally having a rave up with the love for my new cup bahaha. I feel so must better using it!  Still working out different cup folds and position of insertion that work best for me. Its a quick learning curve though! Getting it to pop open and create suction with your insides is the fiddly bit. But it's getting easier with each try and finding out what works with my body.  Also been using my Eco Femme panty liners to catch any leaks from the cup. I've learnt that wearing tighter, more fitted underwear works best for these panty liners so they don't bunch up or slide around. I tried it firstly with some of my huge bridget jone's knickers for a few hours with no luck! Had to keep repositioning and making sure it was in the right position. They are fine now and super comfy.

I’ve only ever tried a medium MeLuna in the classic firmness, but the MeLuna Sport is for people with strong pelvic floor muscles like dancers and horseback riders. I’ve squished one, and although its the firmest MeLuna, its not too stiff compared to a lot of other cups.

Which size you would need depends on your body type and flow. A medium MeLuna is comparable in length and diameter to most smalls in other brands.

I’ve used MeLuna and Lunette and had success with both. It depends on your price range and body type so you’ll have to do some research on sizing.
