Don’t understand the issue... there is obviously a correct answer here
Both C and D can’t be correct, because they’re inconsistent. In C, the first half of the number assumes a description of the digits, while the second half assumes that the verbal numbers each translate to a digit. D is the same but reversed. Because of this inconsistency, it rules out the verbal sentence from describing either of those numbers in a logical manner.
Meanwhile, despite the fact that B is consistent in its method of transcription, it can’t be the right answer either because it’s grammatically incorrect. If B were the right answer, it would be clear in the question, which would say two zeroes, two fours. Because the sentence does not pluralize zero or four, we know it can’t refer to B, which has a plural amount of each number.
Process of elimination means that the correct answer has to be A.

Dear Fazbear Entertainment,
Thank you for the music box. Unfortunately, I can’t have it around the inn if I’m going to have to keep it wound, the noise would be distracting to our guests. So I’d ask for clarification on-
H-Huh? Yosuke-kun? What are you-
Hey! That’s private correspondence!
Sorry, Yukiko-san, but I need to confiscate this letter. You’ll thank me later, trust me.

Dear @theendpinguin,
It has taken a long time, Memebuster Hanamura.
Very true, Memebuster Shirogane. I would have never thought that it would be this long before we encounter our first Homestuck related question.
Ahhh, Homestuck... A now almost dried up fountain of psychedelic passions, retconned dreams and thousands over thousands of fans and cosplayers far more dedicated and talented than the medium has any right to have them.
...I don’t have any idea what you guys are talking about, but that sounds kind of crazy.
We’re on the internet, Mayuzumi-san. Of course it’s crazy.
*Ahem*... In any case, I believe it will be enough to say ‘Letter confiscated’ and leave it at that. The memetic value of this subject matter has been exhausted enough to make it only a very minor threat to the minds of our friends and readers.
