Watching Gone in 60 Seconds (the 2000 remake)...

... and I have to wonder. knowing how much trouble he has with eleanor why wouldn't memphis, or someone in the crew, rent like a flat bed or a box truck or something and just use that to haul the car to the salvage yard. cause seriously I think the whole chase scene where he pretty much destroys eleanor could have been avoided if he had her in a box truck. the cops wouldn't have looked twice at a rental truck vs him driving around in eleanor. 

I mean they'd obviously have to have it rented under a diff name, someone not connected to them. but wouldn't that work much better than risk driving around in the day time in a car the cops are on the lookout for? 

is it just me? anyone else agree?
