Too brainwormed and sleep deprived to be on the grindset and not waste time to get started with drawing as soon as possible. Drawing reps have been hard, it doesn't help that I have something with a deadline again

I guess I found out the maximum amount of brainworms I can take before it starts affecting me for real.
it helps me a lot when im Going thru a moment and i think everyone hates me when i just say "no they dont. i hate me. thats why i feel like this" so instead of a bpd moment i can just spiral into self hate which is Much easier to deal with
