Soooo, elves sometimes sing stuff out of trees, right? I'm kinda curious if anyone has ever tried doing that with the Menoa tree or is there an agreement against it

Soooo, elves sometimes sing stuff out of trees, right? I'm kinda curious if anyone has ever tried doing that with the Menoa tree or is there an agreement against it
So apparently someone on Reddit correctly guessed what the Menoa Tree took from Eragon, and CP confirmed that they got it right but didn't say who they were or what was taken.
I’m seeing several posts about the Menoa planting the seed for another Menoa tree in Eragon, which is super fucked-up if true, and some comments in the relevant post where they discussed the confirmation that it may have been Eragon’s figurative “roots” to Alagaesia that were taken (which is also fucked but in a different way, if true).
Pest eller kolera, as we say in Swedish. Between these two I’m hoping for the roots, since roots can grow back. It’d be genuinely hideous for the Menoa to freaking stealth-inseminate Eragon just so there can be another massively assholeish tree somewhere else. Like Linnea, learn your fucking lesson already and stop cradlerobbing.
Wondering where the fifth book of the inheritance cycle is? Wondering what did take the menoa tree from eragon? Here's your answer!
Eragon: *wakes the Menoa Tree and makes her really angry*
The Elves:
WHAT THE MENOA TREE TOOK FROM ERAGON (theories)
Ok guys, so I had a while to think about this and I came up with a few possibilities to what the tree took from Eragon or what she's going to take from eragon, so let's review the possibilities:
⅓: she already took.
⅓: she just wanted him to get rid of galbatorix.
⅓: she will take from him in the new book.
So let's start by going through the "she already took", there are a lot of different possibilities, and theories of course, the most common on being the "she took away his ability to have children" but that one was already noped by CP. "Well staar do you have any theories?!" You may be asking, well, it said after she said the stuff and sterf (I'm so sorry i.dont have my book with me) he felt a wierd feeling in his lower stomach or sommat like that, that's why ppl think she took away his ability to have kids, but that could litterally be anything, she could have taken away his ability to digest frogs for all we know! But maybe she was fine just by the energy saphira and he gave her.
NOW LETS GO THROUGH The second option, my reason for this one is cause of what Eragon told her about galbatorix destroying her forest and such, and so he would be paying her back by killing him
Finnaly, the "she will take", think about it, how else to make an awesome book then to have them leave alagaisia in search of some plant or cure or something, or what if she asks him to give her brisingr? Or to cut down a bad tree or something, the possibilities are limitless, but still there.
Beth’s Story
“I've always been obsessed with reading, even falling asleep with books on my head when I was really young. I first read Eragon in fifth grade and was immediately enchanted. Eragon introduced me to my love for action books, of which I have never been able to find one quite as good. I absolutely love your plot complexity and character depth. One thing that's super frustrating but makes me like your books even more is the questions you left unanswered. What did the Menoa Tree take? Who is the J person Nasuada thinks about? Who are the two women Roran met? And who even is Angela? Haha
I've got to say my favorite part is in Brisingr when Eragon finds out Brom is his true dad and Saphire shows him the memory and he finally has a sense of inner peace. Then he helps forge his own sword which really cannot be described as anything other than epic. Then he rushes off to meet Arya and the others in battle with a renewed confidence, showing up with his new sword, Brisingr, like Gandalf coming back from the dead and knowing everything will be alright.
Anyway, I absolutely cannot wait to read your upcoming books and learn more about Alagaesia and be introduced to your new SciFi book. I just wanted to let you know that as a highschool senior going on to study English literature, your Inheritance series remains one of my very favorite books that I love to read over and over.”

Is anyone else still bothered by the fact that we never find out what the Menoa Tree took/wanted from Eragon?
