when we're in our luteal phase, it’s all about hormones, not personal. here’s how to survive
be patient
chocolates & flowers go a long way
compliments can brighten our day
don’t say “calm down” – it never helps
we’re tired, don’t expect too much
ask how we’re doing (but don’t push)
pain is real – cramps, bloating, headaches
give us space when needed
no unsolicited advice – just support
check in with “need anything?”
be kind – we’re emotionally drained
don’t expect perfection from us
let us cry if needed
don’t mansplain – just listen and validate
don’t make it about you – we just need understanding
a little thoughtfulness goes a long way
if we say “i’m fine,” we might not be – ask again
don’t compare our moods to anyone else’s – it’s unique to us 💖
