EATING WELL LOST WEIGHT
“Food is the basis of everything. If you want to lose weight, just to eat well!” most people think that eat to much will increase people’s weight. however, eating well can not only keep you healthy but also lost your weight if you are over weight. I went to see my doctor and took the body check last week. The doctor told me I am 197pound now which was 13 pound more than last time when I took the body check(about half year ago). she said I am obesity now and asked me to do some exercises to lose my weight. However, I found out that was another way that can helped me to lost my weight by boost metabolism. Food is basic of everything. If I want to lost my weight I just need to eat well. Choose foods high in fiber, complex carbohydrates and proteins. I constantly feeding I’ll definitely speed up metabolism. Eating well is important for obesity to lost weight.
