Do Commissars from Brontia have to wear the uniform? If so, how do they show off their scars?

Oh, they wear a modified one. It looks a little like the commissar's one that she wore when they were undercover as pro wrestlers.

Undercover as WHAT?!

It was a whole thing. The inquisitor thought the sports promoter was using some sort of new warp-channelling drug to enhance his athletes, so a few of us tried out for their promotion to look deeper into it. Milly, Branz, Mags, Kaz and The Commissar all made the cut and got wrestling personas.

The promoter, hilariously thought she would make a good commissar themed wrestler so she came out in a heavily modified outfit. Had the collar and the boots, but besides that it was basically a crop top and shiny short shorts.

I had no idea.

I think she went by Ciaphina Pain or something equally stupid.

Branz...?

Aht..nah man. I can't lie to you. She looked pretty hot.

Corporal Kastejin’s arms are fascinating. They are not bionic, at least not completely.  As a melee combatant, she requested that as much of her arms as possible could be preserved. She wanted the nerves and muscles, as much as they could be, to be preserved. A vast majority of her arms are sythmuscle or a boosted exoskeleton frame for her organics.

She is not concerned with the aesthetics of her arms.

Many a foolish wannabe smooth talker has draped an arm around Jen and assured her that her arms are beautiful and she shouldn’t be self conscious of them.

Jen is ashamed of her arms because the most shameful thing for a Brontian, even more than a wound on your back is a wound that is self inflicted, as ALL the wounds on her arm are.

She only exposes them for bathing, medicals and mechanical maintenance. She does not enjoy doing so.

Question for Polato and Jen. How’d you two end up becoming friends? You two seem pretty different in temperament. I get that Polato don’t bullshit Jen, like a lot of folks do, but there are plenty of folk in this crazy crew with that going for them.

She sat next to me and offered me a stick of juicy fruit.

They say that a true guardsman/woman can sleep almost anywhere as soon as the parameter is secured, is that true for you lot.?

It is in my case. Generally once I resign myself to sleeping I can do it anywhere. Like, you know that way people rest in comics in cartoons where they lie on their side, with one elbow on the ground and their head resting in that hand? I’ve done that. On a concrete floor.

So long as it’s not too quiet. I can’t handle sleeping in silence. It’s deafening.
